Pepper Nix HeadshotConnie Deianni

Connie Deianni founded Corepoint as an extension of her passion for designing and delivering employee engagement programs to large, small and non-profit entities.  Corepoint represents 30+ years of employee engagement in the financial services and non-profit industries.  Her experience began as an entry level front line employee in the retail banking world and evolved into a consultant/designer for employee engagement programs focused on mentoring, onboarding, tenets for women leaders and career development.  Her ability to “really listen”, has allowed her to hone best practices which support employee engagement initiatives; programs that enjoy a longevity past the initial launch period and continue to flourish where the engagement concepts ultimately become the culture of the organization.

Her professional career included senior management positions at Zions Bank, Bank of Utah and Associates Financial Services as well as 40+ years in volunteerism with many non-profit agencies.  She currently serves as the Board Chair for the Arthritis Foundation in Salt Lake City.

As an experienced presenter, Connie also provides engaging, dynamic and interactive presentations focused on mentoring, women’s leadership, career building, networking, professionalism and employee engagement.  These insightful presentations leave her audiences with best practices, tools to implement immediately and the creative energy to make changes in their own organizations.

Connie has been recognized as a member of one of the top women’s banking teams in the U.S., by American Banker Magazine.  She has also been recognized by the Unified Police Department for her contribution to their CADET mentor program, the Salt Lake Honorary Colonels and as a distinguished spokeswoman in her field by many universities and trade organizations.

Connie holds a Marketing Degree from Westminster College.  Her creativity and ability to connect allow her to work with any size company to identify needs, develop legacy programs and deliver long term results.
